Erie County Sheriff Timothy B. Howard reports the arrests of two City of Buffalo men on narcotics charges following traffic stops in the City of Buffalo.
Deputies Simon Biegasiewicz and Jason Clark, while working on the Strike Force Detail in the City of Buffalo, conducted two separate traffic stops.
The first incident involved a vehicle operated by 25 yr. old Christopher Dobrzenski Jr. Upon investigation, Mr. Dobrzenski was found to be in possession of crack cocaine and a pipe. Mr. Dobrzenski was arrested and charged w/ Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree along w/ a vehicle and traffic charge. Mr. Dobrzenski was released on an appearance ticket and a uniform traffic ticket returnable to the City of Buffalo Court at a later date.
The second incident involved a vehicle operated by 49 yr. old Chris Jackson. Upon investigation, Mr. Jackson was found to be in possession of crack cocaine, a pipe and marijuana. Mr. Jackson was arrested and charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th Degree, Unlawful Possession of Marijuana and several other vehicle and traffic charges. Mr. Jackson was released on appearance tickets and uniform traffic tickets returnable to the City of Buffalo Court at a later date.
